This section is meant to lay out some details and better define the process of purchasing a firearm online, so you know what to expect when you purchase your next investment. It doesn't matter where you live within the United States, we must ship your firearm to a Federal Firearm Licensed Dealer (FFL Dealer). Make sure to check all local and state laws prior to placing any order. You need to be at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun, stockless shotgun, complete AR or AK receiver, or stripped lower receiver. You must also be a legal resident of the state in which you wish to transfer the firearm.

Disclaimer: Straw Purchasing is ILLEGAL and AHC in no way condones this. A Straw Purchase is the act of purchasing a firearm intended for another person.

ARRANGE THE TRANSFER WITH AN FFL DEALER

  1. Arrange the transfer with your FFL Dealer (You must use this dealer as the shipping address when you place your order).

  2. Contact the dealer and let them know you would like them to receive a firearm for transfer from us. Provide them our contact information, so they can send us a copy of their FFL.

  3. Ask about fees. Most dealers charge a transfer fee in addition to the background check.

CHOOSE A FIREARM AND COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE

Shop our site and choose what your next investment will be! Your item will not be shipped until we receive a copy of your dealers FFL. Once we receive a copy of their FFL, we will ship the item to them.

Visit your FFL and complete the transfer

We will email you shipment tracking once the firearm ships. Watch the tracking and arrange a time to visit your FFL to complete the transfer.

Your transfer can only be approved once your FFL Dealer has you fill out a 4473 and you pass a background check through NICS. This is the same form and background check you would complete if you purchased a firearm in any gun store. Once you pass the background check, and the paperwork is done, you can legally take possession of your firearm.

All NFA Rules Apply.
