Our holsters are crafted by hand. Custom ordered holsters are non-refundable. Made to order holsters may not be returnable for a full refund, but we will do everything possible to make adjustments and/or modifications to suit your needs.
Due to the nature of the products: Apparel, packs, bags, triggers, lubricants, cleaning supplies, body armor, plate carriers, optics and Quickdraw are not returnable or refundable. If you have a warranty issues, contact the manufacturer directly. If you need proof of purchase generated again, contact us.
International orders are non-returnable.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all In-Stock/Quick Ship items.
You may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping). However, if items are not in new and unused condition when received and the return is not due to a defect or error on our part, then a partial refund will be issued. Partial refunds may vary and can be up to 85% of the purchase price. The refund or store credit will be determined and processed (less shipping) once item has been received.
Exchanging a wrongly ordered holster for the correct one, will also result in a 20% restocking fee for your original order. Please contact us to verify fitment prior to ordering.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of us receiving your returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period does not include shipping transit times.
