You will receive tracking info via email once your order ships. Transit time via USPS is usually 2–5 business days.
Delivery Issues
Once a package leaves our shop, we cannot control delivery; contact USPS/UPS/FedEx directly for any delivery issues. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Made‑to‑Order Holsters
- These items are custom made for you and cannot be returned.
- Please verify all selections (fit, configuration, features) before ordering.
- Order changes are not allowed after placement.
- You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering. Cancellations after that will not be accepted.
- A $10 cancellation fee applies if canceled within the 24‑hour window.
Quick Ship Holsters
- Quick Ship holsters cannot be customized.
- Returned items must be unused and in new condition within 30 days of receipt.
- All returns require an RMA number — we do not accept returns without an RMA.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Returned Quick Ship holsters are subject to a $10 restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
How to Return
To start a return, contact us to obtain your RMA number and return instructions. Returns received without a valid RMA will not be accepted. info@allegiantholsters.com

Except as expressly provided herein, Allegiant Holster Co. makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral or written information or advice given by Allegiant Holster Co. or its authorized representatives shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty.
Indemnification
By purchasing, using, or possessing a holster manufactured by Allegiant Holster Co., the user agrees to assume all responsibility and risk associated with the proper or improper use of the product. The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allegiant Holster Co., its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with the use or misuse of any Allegiant Holster Co. product, including but not limited to bodily injury, death, or property damage.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Allegiant Holster Co. be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use any Allegiant Holster Co. product. Allegiant Holster Co.’s total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
User Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user to ensure that the holster is suitable for their specific firearm and intended application. The user is solely responsible for maintaining firearm safety at all times and ensuring that the holster is used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
