Current lead time for made-to-order items is approximately 8-12 business days (A business day is Monday-Friday, and does not include weekends or holidays). Holiday orders may add additional time.
Shipping
Made To Order Lead Times: Most holsters are hand crafted for each order. Current lead time for Made-to-order Holsters is 8-12 business days. During high order volume periods, lead times may be extended slightly.
Quick Ship Lead Times: Holsters found on our Quick Ship Page normally ship in 1-3 business days. During high order volume periods, lead times may be extended slightly.
Transit Time: We ship using USPS. Most US orders will be in transit for 2-5 business days, once shipped. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.
APO/FPO: We gladly ship to military personnel at APO/FPO's utilizing USPS! Our system should identify these as "US Based Addresses" and utilize US shipping prices. Longer transit times to APO/FPO's are normal.
International Orders: contact us for pricing quotes.
Delivery Issues: A.H.C. has no control over a package once it leaves our shop. You must contact USPS for any delivery issues, including delivery instructions at your address. We cannot relay any messages to your local Post Office. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance when ordering, as you can file a claim with the USPS if your package is damaged, lost or stolen.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Allegiant Holster Co. warrants that its firearm holsters are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product, from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Missing screws and hardware are not covered under warranty. You can purchase additional hardware on our website. We suggest using VC3 thread mate or other suitable thread locker on hardware. All items being returned for warranty will be done so with a Return Merchandise Authorization. You will be provided a shipping label with an RMA number. We will also cover shipping back to you of your repaired/ replaced item.
Ghost clear will show wear. Ghost clear is also intended as a vanity option and may not meet the service requirements of normal material.
If a defect covered by this warranty is found, Allegiant Holster Co., at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the product, or issue a refund for the original purchase price. To obtain warranty service, the customer must provide proof of purchase and contact Allegiant Holster Co. for return instructions.
Return/Cancelation Policy
Made to Order Holsters/ Products:
Made to order items are uniquely made to your exact chosen configuration. We cannot sell used or returned products. Therefore, we cannot accept returns of made to order items. Please be absolutely sure your selections are correct before placing your order. If you have any questions (sweat guard length, sight height, threaded barrel compatibility, compensator compatibility etc.), please reach out to us at info@allegiatholsters.com prior to ordering. Not all holsters are compatible with all aftermarket accessories.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after ordering. We will not accept cancellations after 24 hours as order prep will start after this 24 hour time period. No changes can be made to your order once it is placed. If something needs to be changed, contact us within the cancellation window so we can cancel your order. This will allow you to re-order with the changes being made. If your order is cancelled in the 24 hour window, there will be a $10 cancellation fee applied.
Quick Ship Holsters/ Products:
No custom alterations or requests will be made for quick ship holsters. Quick ship holsters can be returned in unused/new condition within 30 days of receipt of your order. You will need to contact us to return a quick ship item. We do not accept returns without an RMA number created in our system. Customer will be responsible for return shipping. No changes can be made to your order once it is placed. If something needs to be changed, contact us within the 24 hour cancellation window so we can cancel your order. This will allow you to re-order with the changes being made. If your order is cancelled in the 24 hour window, there will be a $10 cancellation fee applied.

Disclaimer of Additional Warranties
Except as expressly provided herein, Allegiant Holster Co. makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral or written information or advice given by Allegiant Holster Co. or its authorized representatives shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty.
Indemnification
By purchasing, using, or possessing a holster manufactured by Allegiant Holster Co., the user agrees to assume all responsibility and risk associated with the proper or improper use of the product. The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allegiant Holster Co., its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with the use or misuse of any Allegiant Holster Co. product, including but not limited to bodily injury, death, or property damage.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Allegiant Holster Co. be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use any Allegiant Holster Co. product. Allegiant Holster Co.’s total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
User Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user to ensure that the holster is suitable for their specific firearm and intended application. The user is solely responsible for maintaining firearm safety at all times and ensuring that the holster is used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
